MM2: Self-Connecting Through Journaling
In this episode I talk about how I've benefited from journaling in my life. Journaling can be a very good source for inspiration, thoughts organization, emotional arrangement, and self-therapy as well. Journaling allows us to connect with ourselves. In addition to that, gratitude exercise is another great reason to journal. It trains our brain to look for more positivity and memorable moments, which ultimately what life is all about.
