On today's Mindful Monday episode, I talk about expectation. If you aren't careful you can be at the mercy of your own mind. We are imposing our will against the moving world everyday. Sometimes our needs are met and we are happy. But more often times than not, our needs are not met and we suffer. Expectations are conditions that have to be met, so the less the better.
Today I encourage you to just lower the expectation that you have on others and yourself. Try to experience the world as it is, without judging. Sound like a hard exercise at first, but you'll be surprise what differences it makes.
